"We use CADLearning for Autodesk Revit Architecture as part of our ATC Approved E-Learning" said Matt Dillon, VP Technical Services for D|C|CADD. "It allows us to deliver a blended learning approach to our customers, with both instructor-led training, as well as self-paced learning that can be accessed later on to solidify new skills. One of the primary benefits of this approach is to allow students to take an ATC Approved class without having to travel, and with a minimum of 'downtime' from production." Dillon has over 27 years of experience working and consulting in the architecture and planning industry and has been the VP, Technical Services for D|C|CADD since 1990.
CADLearning for Autodesk Revit Architecture is available for individuals 24/7 via online subscription, or can be purchased on CD/DVD media. 4D Technologies also offers group learning solutions for architecture design through Virtual CADLearning Centers for businesses, schools and government agencies. We use Latitudes in my business. They're built much more solidly than regular laptops and hold up to abuse very well. Macbooks are also built pretty strongly now days. Most of ours have Windows on a second partition, so they can do pretty much anything.
